1.5 cups Water1 tbsp Chia Seeds1/4 cup Fresh Lemon JuiceA 1-in piece of ginger, peeled1.5 cups Frozen Berry Blend1/2 Mandarin Orange 1-2 cups Spinach (Sometimes I throw a little Kale in too)
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender, like the Vitamix.
2. Blend on high until pureed.
