Baked Potato Chips

Ingredients
4 Small Russet Potatoes with skin1 -2 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos or Sea Salt1 pinch of Mrs. Dash Seasoning BlendBlack pepper to taste
Directions
Place oven rack in center of over. Preheat oven to 350. Scrub and slice potatoes 1/8 inch thick, leaving skin on. Arrange slices directly on the oven rack in a single layer. Bake until golden brown and crispy, about 8 - 10 minutes. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with Braggs Liquid Aminos (or Sea Salt), Mrs. Dash and pepper to taste.
