Turkey Vegetable Mix

2 cup Cauliflower, raw 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cup Brocolli raw 2 tbsp Butter w/Olive Oil - Land o Lakes 30 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 2 cup, chopped Kale 1 tbsp Garlic powder
1. Cook turkey and drain
2. Chop onions. "Rice" (or finely chop) the brocolli and cauliflower. There should be 2 cups AFTER chopped.
3. In the same pan, add olive oil and butter until melted. Add vegetables and saute until desired consistency.
4. Mix turkey into the vegetables. Add in any seasonings desired. 5. Store in 4 separate containers.
6. Reheat when ready to eat, top with cheese. Enjoy!
