Keto beef/lamb meatloaf with cheese and bacon

Ingredients
43 oz Kirkland Organic Harvest Certified 100% Organic Fresh Ground Beef 85/15 (4 oz) (by JAZZDIVA1) 16 oz Lamb, Ground 2 serving Trader Joe's Jumbo Organic Eggs, 1 egg (by ACANTRELL5) 5 oz Gruyere Cheese, ground16 serving Bacon, Apple Smoked, Uncured, Trader Joe's (1 pkg)5 tbsp Garlic powder 16 tsp Tabasco Sauce 2 tbsp Paprika 1.5 tbsp Oregano, ground 0.25 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
Directions
I needed a loaf tin as well as a medium pyrex bowl
1. Finely grate cheese
2. Shmush ground meat
3. Add eggs, shmush some more
4. Add dry spices, mix
5. Add tabasco, mix thoroughly
6. Lay bacon down so it covers the bottom and sides of containers
7. Plonk the meat mixture into the tin and bowl. Keep about 1/2" for the cheese.
8. Add. The. Cheese.
9. fold in any bacon sticking out on top of the meat
10. 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Then 350 for 15. It's done when internal temperature is 160 degrees.
11. Let cool thoroughly . Carve up and use or freeze.
