Banana and Coconut Bread

Ingredients
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 0.25 cup, shredded Coconut, raw 1 cup Flour, white 0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 3 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Dannon - Greek Yogurt - Plain 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
Combine the flour, baking powder, coconut, salt and cinnamon and mix.
In another bowl beat the eggs lightly and add the mashed bananas, the yogurt and the brown sugar.
Join the dry and wet ingredients without over-mixing.
Pour mix into a pan and bake for about 35 minutes (check with a toothpick).
