1.0 tsp Cumin seed0.25 cup Grapeseed Oil1.8 cup Mung beans, mature seeds, sprouted, cooked, boiled1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw6.0 serving three bean salsa2.0 tbsp hot curry paste1.0 cup Rogan Josh Curry1.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup2.0 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon1.0 cup, whole Mushrooms, fresh10.0 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root1.0 packet Curry Sauce
Saute onions in oil till golden. Add curry sauces stirring constantly. Lastly add adzuki beans and three bean and mix and let cook under low heat for 30 minutes. Serve with rice or quinoa.
