Ingredients
1 small Onions, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 0.333 cup Panko Gluten Free Bread Crumbs (by JOTHVA) 16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 2 serving Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp)
Directions
in lg. bowl combine turkey, gr. onions, red & green bell peppers run thru chopper, add 2T EVOO and mix well with hands. use 1T measuring spoon and spoon out 24-25 meatballs. cook 350 about 20 mins.

Serving Size: makes 24 tablespoons sized meatballs.
