Cheesy Corn Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup Yellow Cornmeal, preferably instant1 cup White Flour1 1/2 oz (40 grams) Swiss Cheese, grated1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Dried Italian Herbs1/2 tsp Salt1/2 cup Low Fat Sour Cream1 medium Egg, beaten2/3 cup Non Fat Milk
Directions
Heat oven to 350 deg F (180 deg C) and spray a 6 hole muffin tin with canola spray.

Mix first 6 ingredients together in a bowl. Mix the last 3 ingredients in a jug and mix with the dry ingredients. Do not overmix,

Fill muffin holes and bake for @ 20 minutes or until skewer is dry when removed.
