Ingredients
7 oz Barilla protein plus 4 serving Newman's Own Marinara Sauce, 1/2 cup 2 Serving(s) Wegmans carrot puree 1 Serving(s) Wegmans cauliflower puree 1 cup Wegmans cottage cheese 1 cup Wegmans mozzarella 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Cook noodles and set aside Mix tomato sauce and carrot purée. Mix remaining white ingredients and spices (1/2 mozzarella cheese). Layer 1/2 sauce, 1/2 noodles, cheese layer, top with remaining noodles and other half of sauce and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan Serving Size: Makes six 1-cup and 1/3 servings
