Paleo Tortillas (Family Favorite)

Ingredients
4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1.75 cup Arrowroot flour 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Xanthan Gum - Bob's Red Mill (by CEELEE53) 1 tbsp Paleo Powder Pink All Purpose Seasoning .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap -HOT
Directions
Mix dry ingredients with a mixer. Add honey and olive oil and mix. Add hot water a little at a time until you get a dough consistency. You may need more than 1/2 cup. Roll into 6 balls (or more if you make smaller tortillas). Roll out with a rolling pin between two pieces of parchment. Cook on tortilla pan or any non-stick skillet.(If you want to use an iron skillet add a little avocado oil or coconut oil in skillet before cooking your tortilla). Cook on Med-High heat until slightly brown and turn.
