Ingredients
425.0 Grams Tuna, Canned in Water, drained2.0 large Egg, fresh1.0 clove Garlic minced4.0 tbsp Parsley0.7 gram(s) Mrs Dash extra spicy25.0 Grams Parmesan Cheese, grated0.5 tsp Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black20.0 gram coconut flour0.5 serving Ground Flaxseed Meal, 40.0 Grams Butter, salted0.05 cup Pepitas 5.0 Grams Sunflower Seeds1.0 1tsp Unrefined Coconut Oil
Directions
Add all ingredients and form into 8 patties about 3" across and 1/2" thick. Heat skillet, (I had heat at medium) melt butter and oil, add cakes and fry until browned on both sides. Serve Hot or Cold
