Daddy's Favorite Shake

Ingredients

1 large banana (or fruit of choice)1/2 cup soy protein1/4 cup frozen blueberries1/2 tbp. flaxseed oil1/2 tbp. honey (or apple juice concentrate)1 cup water1 tsp. psyllium seed husks
*Makes 2 shakes* (The nutrition facts were calculated using the banana and honey.)
1. Add ice to chill the water.
2. Place the ingredients in the blender in the order listed. (Don't add the ice to the mix, it is only used to chill the water)
3. Blend the shake until fairly smooth.
4. Enjoy!
