4tbs. Bread Crumbs: Italian Style4tbs. Bread Crumbs: Garlic & Herb4tbs. Corn Meal: Yellow1 eggTilapia: 5 oz. per person
Mix crumbs and corn meal together on a dinner sized plate. In a shallow bowl, wisk the egg. Dip the tilapia fillet into the egg mixture and then coat each side with the crumb mixture. Heat a large cooking pan with olive oil and sear each side of the tilapia to your own liking. Serve.
