Roasted Red Pepper Hummus - Olive Oil FREE (lower in calories)

Ingredients
2 cans (15 oz) chick peas (garbanzo beans)1 roasted red pepper (fresh if possible)2 tsp cumin1/2 cup tahini paste4 tbsp lemon juice (juice of two lemons)5 cloves garlicwater as needed (or use the brine from the can of chickpeas, but the calories will go up a bit then)
Directions
Peel the garlic. Put everything else in the food processor, and process on low for about 3 minutes. Add liquid as needed.

Serve with warm whole wheat pita wedges. Makes about 10 servings.
