Ingredients
10 serving Bumble Bee Jack Mackerel, 1/4cup/56g 2 cup Great Value Canola 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 cup Yellow Cornmeal 10 dash Pepper, black 1 Serving(s) Morton sea salt 1 Serving(s) Casero 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Drain mackerels and remove cartilage. Mix remainder of ingredients. Heat skillet with oil until hot, confirm by adding a drop of oil to the water. Make 16 balls, adding 4 at a time after flattening the ball. Brown on each side for about 4 minutes or so, until desired crispiness. Serving Size: Makes 16 individual patties
