Caramel-Peanut Butter Banana Chimi

1 Mission Whole wheat, carb balance, fajita size tortilla1/4 med. banana2 tsp. Jiff Reduced Fat Peanut Butter2 tsp. Smucker's Sugar-Free Caramel Topping1 tbsp. Cool Whip Freesprinkle of cinnamon
Lay tortilla on baking sheet.....Spread peanut butter on tortilla. Spread 1.5 tsp. of the caramel on top of peanut butter......Slice banana length wise and then cut into small pieces.
Wrap up tortilla and bake in toaster oven, or on broil in oven for about 3-5 mins (depending on how crispy you like it)
While your tortilla is baking put jar of caramel topping in microwave and warm for 30-40 secs.
Garnish with Cool Whip Free and sprinkle with cinnamon and remaining 1/2 tsp. of caramel from warmed jar.

Great combination of flavors!
Next time I will try using Hersey's Chocolate syrup lite with the banana. It also sounds good to use half an apple and cinnamon instead of the banana with the caramel.

Thank you for your comment and I did attempt one with apples and cinnamon, still working on it to make the apples a little more cooked and softer...they were still too crisp.
