Ingredients
2 med red tomatoes2 med orange tomatoes2 med yellow tomatoes1 small red onion, finely chopped1 garlic clove, crushed1/2 jalapeno seeded & finely chopped1/4 cup chopped cilantroJuice of one lime1 tsp cuminpinch of sugar, salt, pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and let stand 30 minutes. Makes 4 cups salsa - 8 1/2 cup servings.
