Garlicky Kale, Sausage and Tomato Pasta (CL)

Ingredients
8 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry) 6 oz Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage 2.5 tbsp Olive Oil .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 5 clove Garlic 4 cup, chopped Kale 2 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes .25 cup Tomato Paste .375 tsp Salt 1 oz Cheese, Parmesan (Parmigiano Reggiano) Academia Barilla (by WELLNESS)
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain in a colander over a bowl, reserving 1 cup of pasta cooking liquid.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add sausage; cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble. Remove sausage from pan.
3. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add red pepper flakes and sliced garlic.; cook 30 seconds. Stire in chopped kale and tomatoes; cover and cook 6 minutes or until tomatoes start to wilt and soften; stirring occasionally. Push kale and tomatoes to outer edges of pan. Add the 2 TB of tomato paste to center of pan; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add reserved pasta liquid, stirring constantly. Stir in sausage and 3/8 tsp of salt. Add pasta to pan; cook 3 minutes, stirring to coat. Top with shaved parm cheese.
