Ingredients
16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 4 cup Quaker Oats 100% Whole Grain Quaker Oats - Quick 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 large Egg white, fresh 2 cup, sliced Summer Squash 1 cup Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry green/red/yellow pepper/onions 6 tsp Garlic Minced (by MASHELDON) 3 tsp Onion powder 6 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 2 cup DelMonte Diced tomatoes no salt added (by MASHELDON) Black pepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl. Mix well, divide in two and shape each half into a loaf. Bake in a 425 degree for an hour or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.
