Ingredients
1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tsp Ginger Root 0.2 oz Tumeric Fresh Marjon Foods (by AALLEY2) 1 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce .4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 clove Garlichandful of green onions, if desired
Directions
Heat EVOO on medium-high heat and add garlic then add rest of vegetables and stir-fry to mix well for 2-3 minutes. Add 1-2 oz of water and mix well then cover to complete steaming of vegetables to desired tenderness.
