Healthy Taco Soup

Ingredients
24 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup Tomato Sauce 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.0 cup Corn (Frozen White) (by NLBRYAN) 2 cup Mrs Grimes Original Style chili beans, in chili sauce (by MELISSABRENNAN) 2 cup Beans, black 1.5 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 3.0 cup Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles (by SHANIMCK) 0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Directions
Mix all ingredients except chicken in crock pot, Lay chicken breast on top of mixture and submerge. Cook on low for 5 hours. Remove chicken breast and let cool enough to handle. Shred chicken a put back in crock pot. Cook on low for 2 1/2 to 3 hours longer. Serve with a dollop of low fat sour cream (not included in nutritional info).
