Ingredients
1.87 cup Libbys 100% pure pumpkin, canned1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour1.5 cup Flour, whiteSaltYeast (1 tbsp)
Directions
Mix ingredients and kneed for 3 minutes. Let dough rest for a minimum of 30 min. Then, cut into 8 equal pieces. Using a pasta machine, roll out the dough super thin. Once thin, run through the linguine slicer. Freeze linguine or enjoy immediately. Add salt to boiling water, drop pasta in, cook for one minute.
