6 serving Perdue Bread low fat chicken breast cutlet 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil additional spices
mix spices with almond meal in plate
whisk egg in another plate
dip butterflied chicken cutlets in egg mixture
dredge in almond bread crumbs
place on baking sheet likes with foil and pam spray
repeat with all pieces
spray pam over all pieces and drizzle with olive oil
bake on 400 for 10 min
flip and bake another 10 min until golden brown
