Oven Porcupines in Tomato Sauce

2 tbsp Celery seed 1 tsp Salt 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 6 tsp Bovril Beef Extract 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 63 oz Ground beef, lean 4 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 3 cup, sliced Zucchini
Mix beef, cheese, egg, onions, zucchini, salt & 2 1/2 cups UNCOOKED rice and HALF of Bovril and celery seed together. Form into 24 meatballs and place in large baking dish.
With stick blender, puree 1 can diced tomato, 2 cups water and remaining celery seed and Bovril. Pour mixture over meatballs in baking dish.
Bake for 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min @ 350 �F. Serve with a side salad.
Serving Size:�Makes 19 meatballs w/ approx 1 tbsp sauce
