453 grams Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched ,washed0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.25 cup Butter, salted 1 can Canned Tomatoes 1 cup Mushrooms, canned 1 clove Garlic 1 serving Chicken Boullion Cube disolved in 1 c boiling water1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 1.25 cup Water, tap
Saute mushrooms, , garlic, green peppers, and salt & pepper for several minutes
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and bring to a quick boil, lower heat and cook 45 minutes.
Do not uncover during entire cooking time.
Let stand 10 to 20 minutes before serving.
