48.0 oz Beef chuck roast broiled or roasted16.0 tbsp Hunt's Ketchup2.0 tbsp Butter, salted4.0 fl oz Red Wine2.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw9.0 tsp packed Brown Sugar3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce0.25 cup Flour, white3.0 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Directions
Flour beef in bite size chunks. Braise. Add to crock pot with remaining ingredients. Low cook 8 hours.
