6 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato .5 cup Orange Juice 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Salt .75 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 2 serving marshmallows, mini, 2/3 cup, 30g, 70 minis 1 tbsp Butter, salted
Peel and slice potatoes, place in slow cooker or oven casserole. Combine juice,vanilla,cinnamon, nutmeg,salt, brown sugar. Pour over potatoes. Dot with butter, if desired. Cook on low for 4-6 hrs or high for 2-3, or covered in oven for about 1.5 hour at 325. Once tender place in casserole, top with marshmallows and heat until they are melted. Can place under broiler briefly until golden.
