0.50 cup Milk, nonfat 1 cup Milk, nonfat 2 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Poultry seasoning 3 tsp Sage, ground 2 tbsp Canola Oil 2 tbsp Canola Oil 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tsp Baking Powder 4 serving Bread Sarah Lee Honey Wheat 1 slice 1 tsp Salt (table) 3 tsp Salt (table) 2 cup Chicken, stock, organic, boxed (Costco) 2 cup Yellow Cornmeal 7 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

(2 eggs, 2tbs oil, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup milk, 2 cups cornmeal, 2 TSP baking powder, 1 tsp salt) cool, crumble into large bowl, mix all ingredients except eggs, add them last so you can taste for seasoning, then add eggs, cook in a water-bath until test knife comes out clean and the top it lightly browned.
