6 serving Potatoes - Hash Brown's [1 patty] Aldi's (by COUNTRYCRONE) 16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 large Onions, raw Chopped fine1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 8 oz Cheese - Kroger Sharp Cheddar Cheese .25 tsp Colgin Liquid Smoke (by CARLY783) 4 tbsp BacOs Bacon Bits 2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 450. Layer hash brown patties in bottom of 9x9 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until browned.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain and allow to cool.
In medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and cornstarch. Stir in 1/2 the cheese and the ground beef mixture. Mix in the liquid smoke, bacon bits, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Pour into the hash brown crust.
Bake in 350% over for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese and place back in the oven. Bake 15 minutes or until filling is puffed and golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
