Chickpea Mash

Ingredients
1 can Garbanzo Beans (rinsed well)3 Tbsp light mayo (to taste)1/3 Red Onion, minced1 Tbsp agave sweetener (or honey)1/4 tsp salt
Directions
It's important to rinse the garbanzo beans well in a strainer, then shake the water off.

Combine all items in a bowl and mash with a fork until it reaches the desired texture--- I like mine still a bit chunky.

Adjust seasonings as desired.
