spinach salad

Ingredients
Take a back of spinach salad. Add in a cup of dried cherries and pistachios. I prefer to put cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. you could substitute for other veggies. (it's also good with mushrooms) Lastly add about a half cup of balsamic vinaigrette or until the salad is evenly covered. Toss and enjoy :)
