Taco-Chicken Fit-zza (pizza)

Ingredients
3oz. Chicken breast2tsp. Old El Paso Taco Seasoning1.5 tbsp Chunky Salsa of choice1tbsp. 2% shredded cheddar or mixed Mexican cheese1 Mission, Whole Wheat, carb balance, fajita sized tortilla1tbsp. Low-Fat Taco Salad Dressing (my recipes)***whipped cottage cheese & Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Ranch Dip OR.....Fat Free Sour-cream
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Cook chicken, sprinkled with taco seasoning on a countertop for 7-8 mins.

Shred chicken and spread out in the middle of tortilla. Add salsa and spread. Sprinkle with cheese.

Place in the middle of a baking sheet and bake for 6-7 mins or until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.

(can add scallions, olives or jalapeno peppers too...they will change the nutrition info.)
