Bet's Potato Salad

Ingredients
3 medium Red Potato, boiled, peeled & cooled2 green onions, chopped 2 radishes, thin sliced2 tblsp. diced bell pepper4 tblsp. Hellman's Low-fat Mayonnaise 1 small Apple, fresh, - peeled & diced1 tsp. French's Classic Yellow Mustard1/2 tsp. creamed Horseradish 2 large Eggs, boiled & cooled
Directions
Boil eggs and new [red skin] potatoes. Cool, peel eggs shells and potato skins, cool. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
