Homemade Yogurt (24 hr)

Ingredients
12 cups Lucerne 3.25% Homogenized Milk1/2 cup Lactantia whipping cream 35%1/2 cup Liberte Greek Yogurt - Plain 5%
Directions
heat milk & whipping cream to simmer..(medium heat) stirring often to prevent scorching...then simmer 1 minute. approx. 150F ... Let cool to 110F.

Have yogurt ready to add some of the cooled to 110F milk to .. mix til smooth and liquid... then add to rest.. mix and pour into glass containers. Put in dehydrater... minimum 12 hrs at 105F
