5-Portabella Mushroom Caps1-Cup Chopperd Green Pepper1-Cup Chopped Red Pepper1-Cup Chopped Onion5-Tblsp Pizza Sauce11/4-cup of Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese1-Tblsp of Italian Seasoning1-Tblsp of Oregano
Preheat oven at 350. Chop Peppers and Onion Spray pan with oil and saute until crisp tender adding Italian seasoning. Clean and pat dry Mushroom Caps and place on a foil lined tray sprayed with oil. Put approximatley 1/3cup of sauted veggies on each cap. Place 1 Tblsp. of Pizza Sauce on top of each. Then top with 1/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese browns.

It's cooking in the oven right now.... I had to use yellow pepper instead ? because they did not have any red peppers that looked good, but I am sure it will be fine.
OH MY - I don't think I will eat regular pizza again, because this has the taste of everything I like about pizza!!! AWESOME! - 9/17/08
