Ingredients
13.5 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Pat Salmon dry with paper towel
Season with salt pepper and dill
Place skin side down in pre-heated olive oil
Cook until almost through before flipping to cook the rest of the way.
Squeeze lemon juice and top with dill
