Ingredients
2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.5 tsp Granulated Sugar1.0 cup, packed Brown Sugar1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.25 tsp Cloves, ground0.25 tsp Ginger, ground0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground0.25 tsp Salt1.9 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt0.25 cup Canola Oil1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 inch square pan. Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, Ginger, nutmeg and salt together. Star pumpkin, canola oil and vanilla into flour mix until thick. Pour into baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
