1 head broccoli, cut into spears2 tbsp. olive oil5 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped or grated1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 450'F.
Toss broccoli in a large bowl with all other ingredients. Roast in oven for 20 minutes, until starting to brown and very tender.
