4.0 cup, sliced Zucchini16.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]8.0 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw4.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated2.0 cup Sauce, Prego Marinara Sauce
Brown and drain meat. Mix with 1.5 tbsp Italian seasoning.
Mix Ricotta, egg, parmesan cheese, 1.5 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp onion powder.
Thinly slice zucchini and sprinkle with salt to draw out moisture. After 10 minutes pat dry with paper towels.
Place little sauce in bottom of pan. Line zucchini in pan like they were lasanga noodles. Add layers of sauce, meat mixture, cheese mixture and repeat.
Place remaining meat mixture on top with shredded mozzarella.
Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover bake 10 additional minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
