424 gram Italian Bread, Marketside (1/8 loaf, 53g) 1 cup Orange juice, fresh 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 8 serving Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs (by JLADDINGTON)
Beat eggs and juice together until completely blended. Add vanilla and sugar (optional) to blend. Dip slices in batter, roll in crumbs, both sides. Brown on a non-stick griddle, using a little Pam spray to keep it from sticking. Heat should be 325 degrees so as to avoid cooking too fast and leaving the bread soggy. Serve with or without syrup.
