Peach Cobbler

1 stick butter1 cup self-rising flour1 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla1 cup milk4 cups peaches1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the stick of butter in a square baking dish in the oven. While the butter melts, combine flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Remove dish from pan and place peaches on bottom. Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches. Pour flour mixture over peaches. DO NOT STIR. Bake until brown and bubbly, about 40 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
