Ingredients
3/4 cup margarine1 cup sugar1 egg1/4 cup molasses2 cups flour2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp.salt2 tsp. ginger1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. clovessugar to roll in
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and molasses. Add dry ingredients. Roll into 24 small balls. Dip one side in sugar. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Don't overbake!

    These are so yummy! They give off the taste of gingerbread cookies, while still being a "soft" cookie! I gave some to new neighbor as a Christmas gift, and he loved them too! - 12/18/08
