Tomato and mushroom polenta

Ingredients
polenta cornmeal, 1 cupMushrooms, fresh, 8 medium sliced1 Tomatoes choppedParmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 2 cup Italian seasoning, 1 TSalt, to taste
Directions
Bring Broth and 2 cups of water to a rapid boil. Add cornmeal slowly while stirring and reduce heat to low. Add Italian Seasoning, mushrooms and tomatoes. Stir frequently and simmer until mushrooms are cooked and desired consistency is reached. It should be pretty thick. Add Parmesan cheese, and salt to taste.
