426 grams Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies
1 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa
114 grams Low fat cream cheese
1 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
Mix beans, corn, one can of enchilada sauce, tomatoes, quinoa, 4 oz cream cheese, 3/4 cup of cheese and 1/2 cup water to crock pot mix up. Add can of enchilada sauce to top, top with 1/4 cup of cheese. Cook on low 4 hours stir and enjoy!
