Ingredients
426 grams Beans, black 426 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 426 gram Trader Joes red enchilada sauce (by FLRTNFAIRY) 426 gram Trader Joes red enchilada sauce (by FLRTNFAIRY) 426 grams Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies 1 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa 114 grams Low fat cream cheese 1 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
Directions
Mix beans, corn, one can of enchilada sauce, tomatoes, quinoa, 4 oz cream cheese, 3/4 cup of cheese and 1/2 cup water to crock pot mix up. Add can of enchilada sauce to top, top with 1/4 cup of cheese. Cook on low 4 hours stir and enjoy!
