Ingredients
22 oz Pork Rib Eye Roast (by LADYMOSTTIMES) 8 cup Sauerkraut 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin 4 fl oz Apple juice, unsweetened 1 tbsp Caraway Seed
Directions
Place sauerkraut and vegetables and apples into a large pot or crockpot. Trim fat off pork and place on top. Cover pot and roast at 325 degrees for 2 hours or cook 6-8 hours in crockpot .
