Whole 30 Friendly Southwestern Breakfast Bowl

1 medium potato1 medium onion1 pepper1lb raw pork breakfast sausage1 tsp salt1 tsp paprika1 pinch of cayenne pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp cuminOptional (not calculated)1 eggfreshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
Peel and chop your potato into bite size pieces. Boil.
Saute pork sausage in a dry pan and drain as much fat as possible.
Chop up your onion and pepper.
When pork is cooked and starting to brown, add onion and pepper.
Drain potato and add to pan.
Add all spices (you can mix them ahead of time to save time if you wish).
Mix everything in the pan well until potatoes begin to get golden, crispy edges.
