White Bean and Endive Soup

Ingredients
1 1tsp Olive Oil .75 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 clove Garlic 3 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth2 cup Great Value- Great Northern Bean .25 head Endive
Directions
Sauté the vegetables in the olive oil. Heat the chicken broth to a low boil. Add hot water to taste. Rinse the beans and add. Add chopped endive and cook for 5 minutes.
