Creamy chicken stew in the crockpot

Ingredients
4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1.5 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 1.5 cup, sliced Onions, raw 2 serving Kraft Balsamic Vinagarette (by GLENMORRISGIRL) 1 cup Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed) 2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend .25 cup Butter, salted
Directions
Melt butter and add vegetables and spice, toss to mix. place chicken on top and cover with vinaigrette and soup. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Stir and break up chicken before serving.
