Pressure Cooker Peaches and Cream Oatmeal

1.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
2 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 Peaches, fresh
.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
.5 tsp Salt
Mix together all ingredients in pressure cooker pot. Cover and lock lid into position. Cook on Risotto/Steam for 14 minutes. Quick release the pressure valve. Stir and serve. May need to adjust time up or down according to your pressure cooker and how chewy you like your oats.
