Homemade Chicken Broth w/ Vegetable

Ingredients
48 oz Raw Whole chicken with Skin (by SUMMER_RUTH2013) 3 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw 1 large Onions, raw 1 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 12 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Add all ingredients to a large pot cover with the water, cover pot with lid. Bring to a boil, lower to simmer. Simmer for two to three hours.

Serving Size: makes 20 Cups of Broth + Chicken and Veggies
